Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

Welcome to Golden Coast Escrow. By accessing or using our website, services, and platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, utilizing our escrow services, or accessing any part of our platform, you signify your irrevocable acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Golden Coast Escrow acts as an independent, neutral third party to hold funds in trust until the agreed-upon conditions between a Buyer and Seller are met. We do not represent either the Buyer or the Seller, nor do we act as a broker or agent for the underlying transaction.

3. User Obligations

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials.
  • Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws.
  • Do not use the platform for any illegal or fraudulent activities.

4. Fees and Payments

Escrow fees are determined at the time of transaction creation and must be agreed upon by both parties. Fees are non-refundable once the transaction process has formally commenced. All funds are held in non-interest-bearing trust accounts.

5. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, funds will remain securely in escrow. Our resolution team will attempt to mediate. If mediation fails, the dispute will be escalated to binding arbitration in accordance with our standard arbitration guidelines.

6. Limitation of Liability

Golden Coast Escrow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the escrow fees paid for the specific transaction in dispute.
